The Event Designer is a luxury wedding planning and design atelier creating bespoke destination weddings for families across India and around the world. Every celebration begins long before the first guest arrives. It begins with understanding a family, their traditions, their values and what this moment truly means to them. We approach each celebration with the discipline of architecture and the sensitivity of couture. Every detail is considered. Every movement is intentional. Every space is designed to be experienced, not simply seen. From intimate gatherings of 80 guests to multi-day celebrations of 500 or more, we take on a limited number of families each year so that every celebration receives our complete creative and operational attention.

From venue scouting and selection, to assistance with legal and religious documentation, to bespoke décor design, guest concierge services (travel and accommodations), vendor negotiation, and full on-site management during the week of the wedding, our services usually cover everything.
For a luxury wedding abroad, weo advise you to begin planning 12 to 18 months out. This° timing allows
access to the most exclusive venues in the world and gives your guests enough time to book their travel.
That said, our team is° well-versed in high-end events with shorter lead times when the situation calls.
Yes, managing what the° guests experience is a big part of what we do. We organize block bookings at
luxury resorts,along with offering charter plan service and private airport transfers and also assign a
