Availability update: Jumeirah announced a phased restoration programme on 15 April 2026, planned for approximately 18 months. Al Falak is currently labelled temporarily closed on Jumeirah's venue page. What Changes the Price at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah
At Burj Al Arab, the suite mix and availability of the event spaces drive the quotation. A package must identify which suites, gardens and ballroom areas are contracted. Restoration may affect the dates or scope that can be offered, so the AED starting figure is an indicative planning reference, not an immediately bookable offer. If a space is unavailable, TED can compare another Dubai property before any commitment.

The “++” price excludes applicable taxes and charges. TED requests an itemised hotel quote showing the charges that apply to accommodation, catering and event spaces. The final payable hotel total is confirmed by the signed proposal.
Your complete wedding budget combines that hotel total with your agreed décor, production, entertainment, guest logistics, suppliers and TED planning scope. Separate estimates are prepared around your brief rather than filling the budget with assumed figures.
Planning Four Functions Over Two Nights
Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi and Wedding form the stated package basis. TED plans their sequence around your arrival times, religious schedule, venue turnover and hotel operations. Each function needs a confirmed space, guest layout, menu and timing. Outdoor functions also need a weather backup.
A desert celebration is a separate single-function venue quote. It should not be confused with a hotel package covering two nights, meals and four functions.
