ABOUT THE KENILWORTH RESORT & SPA GOA
A 101-Room Beachfront Resort
Kenilworth Resort & Spa sits at Utorda, Salcete, in South Goa, a short walk from Utorda Beach. The hotel positions itself as a beachfront resort for leisure and corporate guests, with landscaped lawns, a large family-style pool and a spa. It is the Goa property of the Kenilworth group, which also runs a hotel in Kolkata.
Weddings are a core part of the offer. The resort lists eight venues: three indoor halls (Regency I, Regency II and Pavilion), the Regency I Deck and four open-air spaces (Aquatica, Sea Mist, Sea View Lawns and Sea Breeze Lawns). It describes Sea Mist as the beach wedding venue, set near the sand. The hotel’s own materials say its team can arrange planners, photographers, decorators and caterers.
For couples, that makes it a fit for a classic Goa beach wedding of about 150 to 800 guests, where the lawns host the ceremony and reception and the ballroom-style Pavilion gives a covered backup. At 101 rooms, on-site accommodation covers the family and close guests rather than a full 500-guest list, so plan extra room blocks nearby. Outside-vendor rules, music curfews and beach-use permissions should be confirmed in writing.
